Clutch Adjustment

I have to pull the lever right back to the bars to get it to disengage. Only doing this recently.
Checked the fluid level. Slave cylinder not leaking.
Any suggestions? There are no bleeding instructions in the manual. States use a syringe and fill from the slave cylinder.
