1100/1150 single spark lead on twin spark engine

I am still searching for a cheap/affordable alternative to the stick coil, and still looking for a set of leads that would work without forking out a wheelbarrow full of money for leads to experiment with.

So, if someone can help/advise, I want to test the possibility of simply using the secondary plugs' feed on the primary plugs on the twinspark (and thus not use the secondary plugs at all. For this I need leads as the 1100/1150 single spark uses, but they are too much moola. Ideas?
