1200GS oil filter and air filter, where to buy?

I am about to service my 1200GS, but i need to know where in Gauteng is the best/cheapest place to buy an air filter and oil filter.

I also need help with which oil grade and quantity to use.

I'm having the local dealership do the valve clearances for me.
