Dogs, please help me out here!
Do i NEED that cross brace on the handle bars of my bike?
I looked closely at a 2010 and did notice that the "sweep" of the bars is less than my 2007 bars so is this why its there?
I understand that on standard (thin) bars ill needs to be there for support/strength from them bending....
Been tapered bars etc was this really needed or is it a image thing?
I find that it is a pain with my tank bag (Cannon actually fit the tank bag as the "cross bar" gets in the way
) so id like to remove it if it does not really serve a purpose to be able to use my tank bag.
