2009 Ktm 250 xcw need tips on what to look for.

Hi dogs.  So the itch is at its worst now. I'm looking at a nice 2009 250 xcw at the moment. Cosmetically it really looks nice however its a 19yo boy's bike so I reckon it has seen the red in the rev range. So can anyone tell me what to ask/look out for regarding the condition of the motor. I dont know two strokes at all. Can anyone maybe tell me what the rebuild schedule(hours where engine components needs replacement) is on these engines and maybe give me a price estimate for a total engine rebuild. I will contact ktm aswell. I just need some extra 2c's from riders and not sellers.
