Hey everyone...

We're getting ready to ride...  :ricky:

3 Weeks following the Netherlands around the country for the World Cup, our first leg of the tour will take us to 3 Host Cities, second leg is still unsure due to different scenarios dependent on where The Netherlands finish in their group.

for the "Vleisbroekers" there is a facebook group to explain more... and I will post the Itinerary here later.

there's also a blog, but I'm not updating it anymore (due to lack of interest), but for the "non-Vleisbroekers" it will also give you an idea.

Leg 1

14 June: Johannesburg - Netherlands vs. Denmark
19 June: Durban - Netherlands vs. Japan
24 June: Cape Town - Netherlands vs. Cameroon

So accommodation is booked for leg 1 cos we're certain, and we're gonna wing leg 2...

Why I'm posting here is to of course share the passion, we'll spend more time riding than watching soccer, it was also the reason I bought a bike and realised what I was missing...

I also want to ask if the WD's on the forum would keep an eye out for us but also be our back up team as we ride from town to town.

Adventurer (if you're in the gauteng area - the best adventure bike guy I know - he can do anything to better your bike) has kindly offered to be my call centre in case of emergency. I know we wouldn't be able to do this without knowing in the back of our minds that we have the WD support.

and also... any touring advice will be greatly appreciated.

Other than that, we're flippen excited to hit the road and we hope to run into as many WD's as possible on our trip!

thanks for reading this.
