So end of last year I got this "bright" idea to trade my GS & GSA in on the new Trophy Adv and now I am regret it, not having a lighter bike for commuting and offroad. The BMW GSA are mainly used for long tours and Sunday rides where the missus ride with.
Now I got this idea to get myself either an 890 KTM or 900 Triumph, but can't open my mind, as I am new in both these brands. Like I said, want to use it for commuting and offroad. Offroad meaning dirt highways, now and then mountain pass, (e.g. Swart Berg Pass, The Hell & Baviaans), not the guy to go and look where the next cattle track over the Drakensberg could be.
Regardless the price tag, any advise?
