990 not idling after exhaust adjustment

So I bought a new pair of AirAge pipes and fitted them 2 days ago. After riding twice I realised the pipes arent fitted perfectly and equally in height. Being the perfectionist I am I adjusted them and now the bike idles for a couple of seconds and dies on me.

Any ideas of where my problem could be?
