I have seen lately that you can get 2013 model 1190 Adventure R for as little as R 120k even with low mileage. The lastest produced 990 Adventure 2012 models with similar mileage cost about the same.
It seems the 1190 is a rather bad investment compared to the 990 which kept its value pretty well.
It also proves to me that the latest bike developments are not always creating the most disirable bikes. No brand bashing intended here, I would rather like to know why people have to lose so much money when they are trying to sell their latest generation bikes.
