I found myself in a spot of bother last week while I was on a trip. My back tyre was stuffed (partly my own fault) and I was limping in the Khalahari.
I eventually got cell signal on a farm and called Adventurer to find out if he knew someone in the Van Zylsrus area. He then passed on the number of Hakbos.
Hakbos then drops everything on a Sunday and comes and rescues me with a trailer all the way from Kathu (a 300km round trip). He also puts me up for the night and manages to find me a new tyre which allows me to continue on my way the next day! :ricky:
So, just a BIG thanks to Adventurer and HUGE MASSIVE thanks to Hakbos and family for all their help! What amazing people and I have made some amazing new friends.
