Yesterday I received a speeding fine in the post for R600 (107 in a 70 zone). After the initial shock I soon realized that bike in the photo was my old Funduro which I sold months ago 
So the new owner hasn't put the bike in his name. I have his contact details so that isn't a problem. I was just wondering what the best way to precede would be. Do I ask for the money and pay the fine myself to make sure it gets done? I am not sure I want to give it to him to pay ??? Also is the points system in operation yet? I don't want to looses points on behalf of someone else...
