Has anyone tried using aluminium brazing compunds like these:

I need to seal a crack in an aluminium shock casing, and welding is not an option as there is too much risk of the wall collapsing under too much heat. Thease things seem like they will do the trick, but I'd like to hear from someone who has had some experience with them.
