Been reading extensively and finally deemed it time to do the right thing and introduce myself. Thoroughly enjoy reading these posts and have done a bunch of rides both in SA and into Africa. Most recent was a trip to Sani a couple of weeks ago when it was in a terrible state. Will have to do that one again in a while when it's in better condition but not tarred!
