bike license proccess. pls help me its "agent"

i know that this post has been done before, but hust have a few questions on the process of getting a bike license
i have my learners now so need to get the license done.
i have heard u have to physically go in to the licensing department and book it,
also where is the best place to go. i live in the west rand area, roodeport.
and any other info of what i will need will be really appreciated.
