I decided to take the old lady, 1976 R75/6 out for her maiden run yesterday. About a block away from home, she started to run on one cylinder only. I turned around and went back home to se what could be the problem. I noticed petrol pushing out the exhaust header which meant that the fuel is not being burnt away. Took the sparkplug out, cleaned it and checked for spark, all ok. Went again and the trip lasted two blocks. Same story, clean and check and tried again. Third time lucky? No.

The motor was done, carbs done, coils changed.

What could be the problem? I do not want to take the bike back to the person that was supposed to sort everything because I have lost faith in his workmanship (WD vendor nogal).

Any help would be appreciated. Should I look at carb settings? I have changed plugs and leads already.
