Bike registrations and licencing

So who can assist with bike licencing and registration. The problem is that I am working mon to fri and just never get the time to take the papers to the office... lol

Also I sold my Virago to my brother in law and now the papers are missing. The thing is still registred on my name and i therefore need to get a duplicate log book for the thing. If someone can assist please PM me.
