Bike tyres on the Garden Route ??

I rode the GSA down from Pretoria to Knysna. We intend to do a number of dirt roads  and passes between the Garden Route and the Klein Karoo over the next two weeks.

However , the N1  and N9 tar took quite a lot of life out of the Karoo 3, at the back .

Are there any bike tyre dealers between George and Knysna  where I can fit a Karoo 3 , should it become necessary to replace the back tyre ??
