BMW 1200 GS weird whine

When i go over about 110km/h the bike seems to develop a high pitched whine, almost like when you have a stone stuck between the disk and the pad. But if i touch the brake the sound does not go away until the speed drops to below 100km/h. I can't really tell where it is coming from but it is there it's a 2004 1200 GS.

Anyone heard or experienced this before?
