BMW 2011 650 GS Not Starting

Please assist - my BM is brand new and have but 4400km on the clock.

Lately the bikes sometimes refuse to start - the starter run and all, the battery is strong but it does not want to start.  If I leave it for 10/15 minutes it start with the push of the button.....It always starts the first time in the morning and runs like a clock but the moment I stop, switch off and then come back and want to start it merely runs without starting.

BMW has replaced the spark plug looking thing on the exhaust - did help...

Please assist cause next step is to shoot it with my 416 Rigby!!
