I kind of forgot that I received my new insurance policy from BMW insurance.
Read through it and this caught my eye that I don't understand. Under the excess breakdown is the following:
"d) Failure to produce written proof of stated CFG (Claim free group) within six weeks of inception of this policy will result in an adjustment to your premium. In the event of a claim whilst this proof is outstanding. Additional R2 500"
Can somebody explain to me what this means please?
