BMW lower seat

I have a question for the pro's out here. I have the 2008 GSA and have put on 4000km's on it without a lower seat. I ride about 30% of the time on dirt roads, not verry technical stuff, but was wondering if I should get myself a lower seat. You see if I am standing, my toes just reach the ground. This is not a problem while riding normaly, but I would think in technical situations it could be. So if there is any other people out there with lower seat expenience please let me know, cause I was also worried about the BMW lower seats comfort, for longer trips.
