Hi, this is a very effective little windscreen. I bought my x challenge with a similar screen witch was made of perspex, and it eventually broke around the bolt holes. I found a place that was willing to make me another out of some polycarbonate that they say is much stronger. I have had it on my bike for some time now and it is indeed much more robust with no cracks or any signs of stress even after some very wild riding! They have a template now, and will make some more if any of you would want one. Cost is R800 for one, including shipping to anywhere in SA.
The first photo is of the old screen, you will notice it was made in 3 pieces. The new screen is one piece. The rest of the photos is the new screen.
