Bugger the weather I have decided that I am going on a mini wakabout to Sabie and surrounds to bond with my 80 before it goes of to Port Elizabeth for the Siebnrock conversion.
My intention is to travel the following route Bapsfontein , Bronkhorstspruit, Verena, Grobblersdal, Stoffberg. From here I have two choices stay on tar to Rooi Senekal then ride lekker pass to Lydenburg or Dirt from Stoffberg to Dylstroom and then the twisty road to Lydenberg. From there Long Tom's pass to Sabie.
I can only leave mid morning but should be in Sabie in time to watch some Currie Cup rugby tomorrow afternoon/ evening.
Rain predicted tomorrow night and a bit cool on Sunday with 25% chance of rain.
No plan yet for return trip on sunday I will play it by ear.
What is a good tyre pressure to let the tyres down to on the dirt on my GS 1200 I normally ride 1.5 front and 1.6 back if its a reasonable road.
