Buying bike in CT need delivery to PE

Buying bike in CT & based in PE. Seller not a DAWG ???
Seller will be taking bike to dealer for a check over - if all is cool then deal will be done ( Just need a safe plan for peace of mind when payment is done ) Any advise? :-\
Other than driving to CT are there any other safe options for delivery.
