Just a word of caution, it seems like the railway is repairing the service road at spots along the railroad the runs on the eastern side of Pretoria. The section marked in red on the map below, just 1.2km but it does give you more of a workout than previously.
Was taking a relaxing ride when I noticed that there is some signs of more gravel than usually which suddenly turned into a nice thick bed of loose gravel. Can't say that it is my favorite road surface.
Anyway just take note that its not noob friendly at all. One can skip this section but just keep in mind that they might be doing this on other places as well in the near future.
