Things just keep getting weirder for me :lamer:.
After a period of inaction where my fuel guage was presumed to be broken, it suddenly came to life again after I switched on the ignition this morning (bike was disassembled for a number of days before then) and showed a reasonable reading of what I knew the fuel level in the tank to be.
I was happy ;D
I then took the bike for a drive and, as the revs rose, I saw the needle slowly moving over to the Empty mark and then settle on the extreme left hand side of the dial.
When I closed the throttle and slowed down a bit, it moved a little bit to the right again, but thereafter returned to the extreme left again where it has since stayed like before.
WTF? Anyone got an idea what could cause this?
By the way - I previously removed and checked the floater in the tank - all good. No mechanical breakages. All relevant wires and plugs have been checked and is fine.
