Custom Ear plugs?

I am wanting have a custom set of earplugs made for myself as the branded stuff just doesn't work for me in the sense of their fit and i have tried everything. ... Does anyone of the WD's know where in the cape town area I can have a set made that doesn't cost an amr and a leg.

I have phoned a few places and the going rate seems to be between R1000 and R1500.
