Hi there
Once again twaling through the wealth of WD knowledge.
I'm rebuilding my kdx 200 top end, had the cylinder re nickasilled, now I need to re install the cylinder head studs.
Any one know what torque the should be installed to? Does it matter?
The head bolts should be torqued to 25 NM. So I figured the studs should be torqued to at least that. Anyway I have torqued them up to 12Nm, and now I'm concerned that I will strip the threads in my soft aluminum barrel. (studs are only 8mm).
Can't find much on the net, any advice?
Thanks
