Today the rear brakes on my 2001 Dakar (58 000km) just failed. I pressed on the brake pedal and suddenly there was nothing. When I got to the office I saw that all the brake fluid had pissed out somewhere "inside" the bike - not at the resevoir or caliper. There is a metal "connector" close to the bottom of the shock next to the swingarm that becomes the rubber hose that leads to the caliper - I think it might be leaking at that connector?
The pics aren't great so hope you guys know what the hell I'm talking about.
Anyone else had this issue or maybe know what the problem might be?
