This one is for all those gurus who do it for a living. Unfortunately in Hong Kong there isn't anyone who's prepared to do it for me, so I have to do it myself. I've just recieved the seal kit to rebuild my Dakar's leaking rear shock in the mail. Does anyone know what weight suspension oil is recommended ( or standard ) for these shocks ( Showa 0292 B - 46mm body with 14mm shaft ).
