Dakar'07 50 000 km service

Hi guys. Taking my Dakar for it's 50 000 km service. The normal filter and oil will be done. Would like to know if there is anything specific that needs to be done. I know the water pump impeller is a problem. Would like to tackle a potential problem now before it turns to disaster later. I have done the head, wheel and swingarm bearings. Thank you once again for your advice.
