I know this has been on the forum before......but couldn't find it!
My 2005 KLR(32 00k's on the clock) will not start when it's (the motor) cold! The battery is fine, and there is spark, and petrol etc. I have even put the (new) battery on charge for 24hrs, to no avail. If I push start the bike, it starts within one wheel revolution! And once the engine is warm, it starts reasonably well, but not immediately. The carb is good, fuel tank breather is good....I'm at my wits end! Havent ridden for three weeks now!!! Going to go mad!
