Hi Guys, 
I recently purchased the "dealertool" software and interface for my Triumph Tiger 800 from dealertool.co.uk
I am having trouble with my pc correctly picking up the interface. It does show it under ports but with a yellow rectangle normally meaning there is some sort of issue with the installation?
Furthermore the software does not pick up the interface. HAS ANYONE HAD SIMILAR CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS?
