Diagnoze my sparkplugs pleez????

attached are two sets of photographs off from my AT,,,they are in pairs as they comeout of each head,,,,

the one set is carbonned up,,,i suppose its oil

but the other are a rust brown colour????

whats that,,,,

oh yes,,,those spark plugs hav done under 5000 kms,,,,
