Hi there
I did a quick search of the words "fault codes" but could not get a straight answer to my question.
My 2003 dakar is due for its 30 000 km service. With some help from Pom, I would like to do the service myself

Can't be too complicated with one plug, air filter and oil ??? Hmmm famous last words ... :
But what I would like to know is, in addition to the above I think the BMW agents clear the fault codes when they do the service.
Should I be worried about any fault codes and if so how do I remove them (will disconetting the battery do the trick) ?
The bike is running well so I don't think there should be any fault codes :-\
