DR 350 SM wanting to sell. Need help with pricing.

I have a 1991 DR 350 S I wish to sell. I'm not sure what is a fair price. Any suggestions?

This is a recently completed project I sadly need to sell.

300 km done since:
Rebore to 1st o/s
Full top end rebuild with camchain etc.
Head rebuilt with new valves, springs and exh rocker.
Head full 4-port gas flowed
New clutch
Performance exhaust (comp system)
Full suspension rebuild Fr & Rr
Swingarm/ linkaged bearing assembly rebuilt
