DRZ not starting....? CE hoses put on incorrectly?

So my bike's wiring leaves a lot to be desired. Between the Vapor and the Chinese HID there is something draining the battery.

I also put on a different tank and a new fuel cock. But I had to re-route the fuel hose, and unhooked the various hoses around the CE (coast enricher), I have put them all back on. The battery is fully charged - I've unhooked the things that were draining it - but now the bike bike swings and will not start. I am pretty sure I had the hoses on wrong before. Now it sounds like there is no spark. Swing swing nothing....

Ideas?
