Eastern Cape: Next ride route possibly May/June

OK I know you all are now very focussed on The EC bash and I'm miffed for not being able to go, but here's my next planned route for 19 May or 9 June. Start from PE via Elands, rendezvous at Patensie then all gravel (red route). Possible sleep over at Terra-Pi. Has anyone been there? R500 per 5 people sharing a tipi, self catering.
