So, I am arriving in Cape Town on the 9th. I want to buy a new Honda XR125L from a dealership. I have been told that in order to buy and register a motorcycle I need to apply for a TRN or Traffic Register Certificate.
I am from the states so I don't have a physical address in Cape Town - does anybody have any tips or ideas if there is a work around in my case?
Where would be the best place to apply for a TRN in Cape Town? Are there various places I could apply for one? Or is there only one office?
