Front sprocket replace

Hi all.

Need to replace my sprokets.

Back was easy, chain sorted, but for the life of me can't get the front off. Tried using a cheap bearing puller and it broke. Seems the sproket may have seived onto the shaft. Obviously do not want to take a hammer to it.

Any tricks or help?
