Fuel pump, Electronics, or what can it be???

Ok, I'm starting a new thread.
I'm a bit "technologic disabled", so will really appreciate all advice.
The bike makes a weird "krrrrrrrrr" sound when I push the starter button. Thaught it might be the fuel pump, but might also be something else. It just won't start and eventually the battery dies with me trying, so I got to find the problem.
