Africa Twin CRF1100 Cold Start problem

My 2021 CRF1100 has a cold start problem. I have to hit the start button 4-8 times before it starts. Honda Tygerberg has been trying to find the problem for 3 weeks but it is a slow process because you have to wait for the bike to cool down after it starts to troubleshoot.

So far, the following has been checked off the list of potential problems:

1. Start switch
2. Battery
3. Fuel supply and pump
4. Fuel filter
5. Air filter
6. Bleed pipes (all three are clear)
7. Battery
8. Honda diagnostic does not show up any faults on the system.

Maybe someone else has a similar problem? Hondas are supposed to be the reliable machines!
