Gear Lever Rubber

So at some stage on my Sunday ride my Gear lever rubber decides to go walkabout

So I just went past Raceworx KTM for a replacement and they inform me that I have to buy the whole gear lever set because they don't sell the rubber separately atch:

Does anyone have a solution for my problem or do I just go and buy some fuel hose and fit that
