gearbox and diff oil question

Hi guys, 2 questions...

Can I use GL 5 oil in the final drive as well as in the gearbox? Or do I have to use GL 4 oil in the gearbox?

And then, I think the bottle on the left is BMW prescribed, but I have 3 bottles of the oil on the right...can I use that?
