So many moons ago I sold a little CBR150 to a guy in CPT.
His story was that he was going to race the bike and it would never be on the road etc. Not being clued up with transfer of ownership etc I just gave him the papers and took the money. 2 years ago I need to get a car on my name, and of course the bike has never been taken off my name. Long story short I was told they need the details of the new owner or they cannot remove it off my name. Wound up paying R2k just to get the license up to date and get the car on my name.
Now I need to add another bike to my name and I know for a fact the same thing is going to happen. For now I registered it on my sisters name but I can't go on like this. Anyone have advice for me?
I do not have ANY details of the person that bought the bike from me.
