Morning Dogs, please advise for those that are in the know. Long story short my Gran gave her old car to her granddaughters husband who has turned out to be a bit of a dodgy chap. He worked for We Buy Cars and so he would have handled the change of ownership... but he has not done it. It has now been 3 years and it has got to the stage where the promises have run out and he is not answering our calls.
I went to our traffic dept who were rather unhelpful and gave the usual story of I need his ID and signature. So i guess my question is how do I get the car off Gran's name?
