Gravel road - Lesotho side off the Caledon River

I have to go to a conference at Alpine Heat, last weekend in March. Initially planned to go downa day earlier, to enter Lesotho at Fouriesburg, and following the road down the Caledon River to the border post at Phudaditchaba. I now have to be there a day earlier and is looking at doing this road in reverse, from Phuda to Fouriesburg along the river, Lesotho side, on my way home.

Has anyone recently travelled the road? How long will I need to do it?
