Head shake

I dropped my bike at the Wilddog Country Trax training at Nelson's Creek last year bending both both fork tubes.

Both fork tubes has been replaced by the dealer as I could not straighten them, My problem is that I have a head shake between 60km and 70km when accelerating and decelerating. I have taken it back, they tightened the neck and check the front wheel. The bike did not feel as nervous anymore when cornering but I the shake is still there. I can feel the shake when holding the handle bars but it is not as vigorous as when not holding the handlebars.
