Help 660Z seat lock

Having not ridden my bike for 2 months I decided to charge the battery only to find seat lock not turning. I sprayed some WD40 in there but still it’s sticky, cant remove the seat at all. Feels like there maybe sand and other crap in there. Is there a way to release the seat without the key ? Do not want to twist the key, will try some compressed air tomorrow as well.
