Help identifying this KTM 690 please

Hi

I’m looking at getting back into the Adventure riding after a few years of cycling.

It’s a KTM 690 Adventure R 2012 with 9580km. Seller is the second owner. He put 3000km on the clock & decided it was not his scene. He is willing to accept R65k.
He is not a WD member & that’s why I need help identifying this bike & avoiding future hassles.
I have read the 690 threads & rocker arms seem to be the biggest problem with this KTM.
Is there anything I should check before purchasing?
It rides really well.
Extras include Acropovic slip on pipe, Ralley Raid evo 2 tanks, nithrone Adventure seat, KTM Ralkey tower with lights.
